Rent a word we don’t stock
Custom builds · 4–6 weeks
If the word you want isn’t in our collection, we’ll build it — a surname, a business name, a date, a word in another language — and then rent it to you exactly like anything else: delivered, levelled, lit for the whole event and collected afterwards.
Building new letters takes about four to six weeks, so send your word over as early as you can. You rent it for your date the same way you would LOVE or MR & MRS — there’s nothing to buy and nothing to store afterwards. Once your event is done the letters come back to us, unless you’d rather keep them. We’ll price both when we quote.

We bring everything, in the access window your venue gives us.

We position and level everything, and hide the power run under a matte cable mat.

Lit for the whole event
Warm white bulbs, on from setup until we collect. One standard outlet within thirty feet is all we need.

Collection
Same night after your event, or next morning if the venue allows. Nothing for you to pack down.

$1M / $2M liability cover
We’ll send your venue a certificate of insurance naming them as additional insured, free.

Backup bulbs on site
If a bulb goes during your event, it gets replaced during it — not after.

How much does it cost?
It depends on which letters, your date, and how far we’re travelling — so we quote each event rather than listing a price. Send us your date below and we’ll come back the same day with a firm number. No obligation, and we won’t chase you.
Can you make a word you don’t stock?
Usually, yes. We source and build custom letters, which takes about four to six weeks. Tell us the word in the form below and we’ll quote the build alongside the rental.
Can the lights change colour or dim?
No — they’re warm white, at one brightness, on from setup until we collect. We’d rather say that plainly than have you expecting something else on the day. Warm white photographs best anyway: it flatters skin tones and won’t fight your florals.
Where do you cover?
Across New Jersey, with most of our work in Bergen, Essex, Morris and Passaic. Delivery is free within thirty miles of us; beyond that there’s a travel charge we quote up front rather than adding later.
How far in advance should I book?
Peak Saturdays from May to October go months ahead, and graduation season fills fast. Weekdays and off-season dates are often available the same week.
How big are they, and do they need power?
Four feet tall, eight inches deep, freestanding on a weighted base — they fit through a standard doorway. One grounded outlet within thirty feet runs the whole word. The bulbs are LED and stay cool to the touch.
Can they go outside?
On dry, level, load-bearing ground, yes. Not in rain, not in wind above 20 mph, not on sand or soft turf. If weather stops an outdoor setup you can move us indoors at no cost.
