How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead for weekends and holidays, though we'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.

What is included in the rental?

Every rental includes delivery, professional setup, and pickup within our service area, plus a full safety check before we leave your venue.

How long is the rental period?

Our standard rental is 24 hours, which comfortably covers most single-day events. Longer rentals can be arranged on request.

Do the letters work indoors and outdoors?

Yes. Our marquee letters and the glowing Heart accent are designed for both indoor and covered outdoor use. For fully exposed outdoor setups, please let us know so we can plan for weather and power access.

What if a bulb goes out during my event?

Each letter is tested before delivery, and we bring spare bulbs to every setup as a precaution, so this is extremely rare.
